
ANSHUMAN
Anshuman is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and has been practicing since 2013. He qualified as an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India in March, 2020. Apart from general civil litigation wherein he has had an opportunity to appear before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various other High Courts across the country, he has regularly represented clients before regulatory forums such as National Green Tribunal, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission etc. He is also active on a panel of a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking in the mining sector and in that capacity has handled critical arbitrations and contractual disputes for them. He also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from Indian Society of International Law.

DAMINI CHAWLA
Damini is registered as an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India. She has over twelve years of experience in handling civil, commercial and administrative law disputes before various judicial foras including the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. Besides handling complex commercial arbitrations (both ad-hoc and institutional) as a counsel, she is frequently appointed as an arbitrator as well. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law, McGill University, Canada. During her master’s program from McGill she has focused on transnational litigation & arbitration, international trade law and public international law. Damini has worked with the real estate team of L&L Partners where she was involved in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
Besides representing clients before arbitral tribunals, Damini has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Delhi High Court in numerous commercial and civil disputes.
